Roberto Subjects (Brescia 1957), graduated in flute with Bruno Cavallo, was a student of Paul Arata and Giorgio Gaslini.
He has participated in various chamber ensembles, symphony and jazz (Ars Antiqua, Jazz Class Orchestra Musical Afternoons of Milan, etc..).
At the same time he cultivated the study of piano jazz, collaborating with some of the best jazz musicians of Italian and not, as Sandro Gibellini, Luigi Bonafede, Antonio Faraò, Peter Guidi, Andrea Dulbecco, Kyle Gregory and artists passing through Italy including Carl Anderson, Mike Mainieri, Emil Richards.
For years, he devoted himself to teaching, first flute and then piano and jazz music at the PiBieMMe of Brescia.
Among the first to be interested in the use of new technologies related to computer use for the composition and development of virtual instruments, working among others with the legendary bassist Chuck IIsraels.
Required companion, is part of several groups, including the quartet of S. Gibellini, the Jazz Bazaar A. Peli, the quintet of Claudio Pascoli, the No Smoking with A. Farrington and the group "Encreshadum" with which proposes a 'interesting fusion between jazz and texts Ladin.
